Snowmobile overhaul opens up a new economic growth point
Since this year, in order to establish a new economic growth point, the company has expanded its new maintenance business, with snowmobile as the focus of expansion. With the rapid development of domestic economy in the past few years, many ski resorts have been built all over the country, and snowplows are essential equipment for ski resorts to clean up their tracks. At present, the snowplows used in domestic ski areas are all imported from abroad. After years of use, it has reached the critical period of maintenance. However, there is no professional maintenance manufacturer in China.
Looking at this favorable opportunity, the company has established a snowplow repair and maintenance center with a famous domestic ski resort, which specializes in the overhaul and maintenance of imported snowplows. Through the actual overhaul project, the company has continuously deepened its understanding of the structure of large-scale snow equipment and vehicles, gradually mastered the core technology of such large-scale snow vehicles, and made necessary preparations for the future trial production of such equipment Technical reserves.
Since the second half of this year, the snowplow repair and construction center has led to the overhaul of seven vehicles. Some of these vehicles have been overturned on the mountain, causing serious damage. The engine hood and the shell of many equipment as well as many parts have to be remanufactured, which can be said to be time critical. The founders of the center carried forward the fighting spirit of being able to bear hardships and fight hard. They seized the time to work fast. In the nine or twelve months, they had almost no rest. They even gave up the National Day holiday. This precious seven days provided a strong guarantee for the timely completion of the maintenance project. Snowmobile is a special vehicle, many parts are not universal with other vehicles, so it is difficult to purchase in the traditional market. In the case that many accessories can't be bought quickly, they carry forward the spirit of independence and self-reliance and manufacture by themselves in order to seize the time and speed. So far, we have completed the localization manufacturing of some key components such as aluminum shell, swing damping bracket, polyurethane wrapped large-scale driving sprocket, track, snowplow wear-resistant plate, solid bearing wheel, and designed and manufactured several sets of key pressing, injection and vulcanization molds, laying a solid foundation for the next batch manufacturing of accessories.
At present, the beginning of winter has passed, and it has begun to snow in the northeast. The comrades in the construction center are working day and night to repair and install the locomotives. In order to rush out all the seven snowmobiles before the winter golden skiing period, they gave up their weekend rest since September. On the 10th and 1st National Day, they didn't take a day off. They had to work overtime to install the first snowmobiles to be sent to Hulin, Heilongjiang Province. With the gradual arrival of ordered and customized parts, four snowmobiles have been delivered to all parts of the country, and the remaining ones have been basically installed and debugged, which will be delivered in the near future. It is expected that this year's work tasks will be completed successfully, and as a good start, it will have a profound impact on the comprehensive development of snowmobile repair and construction business in the future.
